Booking terms
The terms that apply to every booking made through this site. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Who you are contracting with
Your booking is made with CASA PLAYA ΟΕ, VAT number 801773715, registered at Vasilikos, Zakynthos, 29100, Greece.
The business trades as BANANA BEACH CASA PLAYA. That is also the name under which the charge appears on your card statement.
What you are booking
Sun beds and cabanas: the booking covers the whole day. The time you pick is only your arrival time.
One set seats two people. On sun beds, a third person is accommodated with an extra lounger at half the price of the set. Cabanas do not take a third person.
Restaurant tables: the time you pick is the actual reservation time, and your table is held for two and a half hours.
Same-day bookings are not possible. The earliest available date is tomorrow.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include 24% VAT. The amount shown before payment is the final amount charged.
Payment is by card through the epay eCommerce service of Euronet Merchant Services. Your card details are entered only on the bank's page; they never pass through our servers and we do not store them.
A booking becomes final only once we receive confirmation of payment from the bank. Until then it stays pending and does not hold a place.
Cancellation and no-show
Bookings are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show the full amount is charged. For sunbeds and cabanas, arriving after 12:00 counts as a no-show; restaurant tables are held for the reserved time only.
If your plans change, see the next section: moving the date is usually better than cancelling.
Changing the date
You may request a change of date up to two days before the date of your booking. The new date can be at most two days after the original one.
The price stays locked to the original amount: there is no additional charge and no refund, even if the price for the new day differs.
Requests are made by phone or email, quoting your booking reference. A change depends on availability on the new date.
Receipts
The confirmation email you receive is proof of your booking, not a tax document. The receipt or invoice is issued by the business on site. If you need an invoice, please tell us when you arrive.

These terms are governed by Greek law. As a consumer you keep every right the law gives you, including out-of-court dispute resolution through the European ODR platform.
